Resort Policies
Sorry, no pets. Advance deposit or credit card guarantee is due upon booking. Occupancy limits strictly enforced. We have limited parking, only one parking spot per room booked. We do not allow any trailers, boats, jet skis, etc... in the parking lot. Check in is at 4 p.m. and check out is at 11 a.m. 72 hour cancellation notice for full refund. Late check in arrangements must be made. Front Desk Hours: (10/15 to 5/20) 8 am to 7 pm Sunday through Thursday, 8 am to 12 am on Friday and 8 am to 8 pm on Saturday. (5/21 to 10/14 Summermonths only) 8 am to 8 pm Sunday through Thursday, 8 am to 12 am
on Friday and 8 am to 9 pm on Saturday.

From Interstate Reno/Tahoe Airport: Follow Route 395 South to Hwy. 50. Follow Hwy. 50 through Stateline, Nevada, towards the casinos, go past the casinos to Pioneer Trail. Make a left onto Pioneer Trail and the resort will be on the left hand side.
